Whitestone utilizes various personal inventory tools and questionnaires to facilitate the process of self-discovery and growth. Whether you are a teenager about to graduate from school, a mature individual looking for new direction, or are feeling "stuck" in roles that no longer seem to fit, we are committed to walking with you through this season in your life. 

Couples Coaching

Relationships are living, growing entities; and the inevitable changes that occur can be both exhilarating and threatening. Whether you are dating, newlyweds, or looking to refresh your relationship,   Whitestone Coaching offers a couple-to-couple mentorship to walk with you through any season of life.

Conflict Coaching: Every crisis is an opportunity for growth and deepened intimacy, a chance to know and be known. Conflict coaching is a way for two or more parties to find a peaceful and relationally proactive solution to a disagreement among them. The disagreement may be personal, financial, philosophical/religious or emotional. Whitestone Conflict Coaching focuses not just upon resolving issues, but restoring relationship. The goals of negotiation are:
  • To help you identify a solution that all parties can agree to
  • To restore and improve the relationship between those in conflict

Pre-Marital Coaching

Congratulations! You are embarking upon a life-long adventure that will bring many joys, comforts and challenges to enrich your life. In this time of transition, you may find yourself being re-defined both as individuals and as couples. Whitestone walks couples through a six week process of self-discovery and deepened understanding of relational strengths and potential challenges. We draw from the PREPARE/ENRICH Inventory resources; an on-line assessment of twelve critical relational issues that include family of origin, communication styles, conflict resolution, roles, sexuality, finances, and spirituality. Whitestone offers specific areas of specialization which include cross-cultural relationships, same gender attraction issues within heterosexual relationships, and same gender relationships. We are also licensed to officiate weddings within British Columbia.
